A room with a view

A room with a view

Mon April 11th 2022

The book 'A room with a view' was about a young woman in the restrained culture of Edwardian era England. Am I feeling any parallels right now?

  • young woman ??? wishful thinking
  • Restrained – YES, but only by borders (not anymore)

And so here are the rooms with views I have had. What a wonderful way of remembering where you have been.

Sunshine, snow, sunshine, wind, it doesn’t matter. The joy of opening the window (or if you are lucky your balcony door ) and seeing the world outside.

And the thoughts of ‘who is out there’, ‘what is there to do’,

Do I go out and turn left or right??

A client wrote a lovely email to me when I told him I was going to live in Europe

May each day prove special. May each day prove more rewarding.

I am going to take those words John, and when I open the window or door – I will embrace what is out there and try to enjoy every momen.
